About the Backstage Pass Program

The Backstage Pass Program is a scholarship opportunity presented by Workforce LIVE for college students and young professionals interested in the live events industry. Selected participants will receive:

- Access to Backstage Pass programming on Thursday, November 5th

- A complimentary ticket to Experience LIVE on Friday, November 6th

- Travel accommodations provided by Workforce LIVE

- Three night stay at Hotel Rock Lititz

- Meals provided

The program is designed to help participants build professional connections, gain industry insight, strengthen career-readiness skills, and explore opportunities within the live events industry.

Please complete the application thoughtfully. Scholarship recipients will be selected based on a combination of demonstrated interest, potential impact, and financial need.
